The reason they are so effective is that they focuses on functional training, where you are building a strong foundation of fitness which crosses over into your everyday life.

Advanced Fat Burning Technique

These classes will challenge and develop your:

As your body adapts to meet the needs of the above challenges, you will begin to see changes in your muscle to fat composition – increased lean muscle and reduction in body fat. By focusing on improving in each of theses areas, you will naturally develop a stronger, more balanced physique.

Keep Your Body Guessing

When you keep doing the same type of exercise or movements at the same level of intensity, your body will adapt and stop being challenged. This means you stop seeing results.

Not in my classes! The level of intensity increases each week, so your body is continuously being challenged. Essentially “waking-up” your muscles. This results in the body having to constantly change and adapt, so you keep seeing results!
